2. About Cozynest Baby India
Cozynest Baby India is a small-batch premium baby clothing brand based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. We design and manufacture products in India with a focus on softness, skin safety, and timeless aesthetics.
3. Products & Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to change product prices, descriptions, or availability without prior notice.
- While we strive for accuracy, slight variations in colour, fabric texture, or print may occur due to monitor settings or handcrafted production.
4. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment. We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets) and Cash on Delivery (COD). An additional COD handling fee of ₹100 may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our sole discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability). In such cases, any payment received will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines and charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, force majeure events, or incorrect address information.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility, process, and refund timelines are detailed in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
