Exchanges
At the moment, we do not offer general returns.
However, we do offer size exchanges, subject to availability, within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible for an exchange
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
Since babywear is a sensitive category, we are unable to accept products that have been used or opened beyond inspection.
Refunds
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- You receive a damaged or defective product
- You receive an incorrect item
- A confirmed exchange cannot be fulfilled due to unavailability
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
How to Request an Exchange / Refund
To request an exchange or report an issue with your order:
- Sign in to your account and visit My Account → Exchange & Refunds
- Select the relevant order and choose the reason for your request
- Add a brief description and, if applicable, share photos / videos via WhatsApp or email
Our team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.
Important — Unboxing Video Requirement
To help us review requests smoothly and accurately, a clear continuous unboxing video is required for claims related to:
- Damaged products
- Missing items
- Incorrect orders
The video must:
- Show the sealed package before opening
- Clearly capture the complete unboxing process
- Show the product and packaging clearly
Without a valid unboxing video, we may not be able to process such requests.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.
