Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and SMS (if enabled). You can also track your order anytime under My Account → My Orders.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
- Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000
- A nominal ₹100 charge applies to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders

Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email with your order details.

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are entered correctly while placing the order.
Orders returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
